VCG was engaged for the system design & development of a handheld (SmartPhone), wireless-enabled (WiFi) sales force automation (SFA) application.  This application helps Sales Reps operate as consultants and sell more effectively and deeper into their product line while better anticipating their client’s needs.

The improvement crossed 155 national sales representatives that were able to more accurately sell into their 30,000 item product line. Instead of merely offering the main 50 items they knew, the sales team was able to use this expert system to sell as a consultant.
